Processing and Cancellation: We begin preparing your filing promptly after you place your order, often within one hour during business hours. You may cancel your order for any reason before we begin preparing your documents or submitting them to a government agency by contacting us at cs@newbusinessfiling.org or calling 888‑701‑6450. If we have not begun work, we will refund your payment minus a processing fee of the lesser of $20 or 10% of the total charge. This fee does not apply if your order cannot be completed because of our error. Once Work Begins: Once we have started preparing your documents, paid government filing fees, or submitted your filing to a state or federal agency, our service is deemed provided and the order becomes non‑refundable. Government filing fees and expedited service fees are non‑refundable once we pay them on your behalf. Errors and Failures: If your filing is denied or delayed due to our error, we will re‑file your documents at no additional cost or refund the full amount paid. This policy does not limit your right to dispute charges for services not delivered or misrepresented. Expedited Services: Same‑day service requests must be received by 1 PM EST and one‑hour processing requests must be received by 3 PM EST. Orders received after these cut‑off times will be processed on the next business day. Expedited service fees are payable in advance and are non‑refundable once we begin work. Requesting a Refund: To request a cancellation or refund, please email cs@newbusinessfiling.org or call 888‑701‑6450. We will process eligible refunds as soon as possible (often times this is immediately after receiving the request or the next business day if the request is received outside of business hours) but it may take your financial institution 5–10 business days to return funds to your original payment method. You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation. State Law Notices: Some states provide additional rights to cancel or return purchases. If state or federal law grants you greater rights than those described here, those rights apply. Our policy does not waive any mandatory rights under state or federal law.
